All items sold are vintage or antique and are therefore:

  • Sold as seen

  • Likely to show signs of age, wear, and character

  • Described as accurately as possible in listings

We make every effort to photograph and describe items clearly, but slight variations in colour or condition may occur.
 

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated

  • Prices do not include shipping unless specified

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time
     

4. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You agree that all information provided is accurate

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

You will receive confirmation once your order is accepted.
 

5. Payment

We accept payments via:

  • PayPal (including most credit and debit cards)

  • Bank transfer

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.
 

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide using:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • Other couriers depending on item size and requirements

Shipping Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes (the buyer is responsible)

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs
     

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of vintage and antique items:

  • All sales are generally considered final

  • Returns may be accepted at our discretion

If you believe an item has been significantly misdescribed, please contact us at enquiries@vintage-interiors.co.uk.

If a return is approved:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

  • Items must be returned in original condition

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to some returns
     

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, branding) is owned by Vintage Interiors and may not be used without permission.
