Antique French Woven Silk Border Sash

Unusual antique French textile measuring 8 feet 6 inches long and 5 1/4 inches wide. It is made of pure silk.

The design is woven poppies, cornflowers, sprays of wheat and other pretty florals which run vertically down the length.

It is in excellent condition with no tears or weak areas although there are a few very minor water marks.
