Aqua Hand Painted Anniversary Clock

Delightful German made "anniversary" clock. It is brass with bands of the base and the side struts painted a beautiful shade of aqua blue with pink roses. There is some paint loss on the base and one of the roses.
 
The protective dome is a strong plastic/plexiglass material.  It is 7 inches high to the top of the dome.
 
This lovely clock is not in working order - the suspension "thread" is missing (easily, inexpensively replaced online) and the face is loose but the "movements" look to be in very good order so can be repaired or may only need some tlc.
