Edwardian Whitework Nightgown

Very pretty Edwardian cotton night gown or night dress in classic Edwardian style with square shaped neckline, delicate pin tucks and particularly beautiful Broderie Anglais detail with feminine scalloped edges.

On the left side of the chest area, hidden beneath the pretty scalloped border are several cloth covered buttons. The cuffs are also trimmed in broderie anglais.

There is a makers label with the name "Palatine" on it. This lovely night dress is in wonderful condition with one tiny mark toward the hem.
