Floral Basket Barbola Plaque

Beautiful 1930's barbola wall plaque depicting colourful summer flowers in a basket. The background colour is stone/light beige. The edge is decorated with raised narrow "pie crust" design.
 
This is a bit of a larger size than is often seen measuring approximately 14 inches (36 cms) across.  The background has some scattered lighter spots. I am unsure what would have caused this but they are subtle.
 
There is a circular "hook" on the back for easy hanging.
