French Floral Planter C1867-82

Extremely pretty and elegant French cache pot or planter by Demartial and Tallandier, a small Limoges porcelain factory trading from 1867-1882. 

It is beautifully decorated with colourful hand painted Pink Roses and rich foliage on one side,  Tulips in yellow/burnt orange and purples along with Forget-me-nots and fresh green foliage on the other side. On opposite sides are Pink rosebuds and the wildflower Tufted Vetch.

The upper edge is pink with very tiny, delicate gold detail beneath. The small pedestal base is also decorated with a pink band. The base has the porcelain marks for Demartial and Tallandier. This beautiful antique planter is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks.
