Pair of Painted Floral Wall Sconces

Elegant set of antique wooden wall sconces. They are beautifully hand painted, having a creamy/yellow background with golden yellow and a gorgeous light olive green banding and accents.
 
They are sumputuously adorned with colourful florals, swags and flourishes in shades of red, golden yellow, green and blue. The beautiful flowers are on the under side of the arms as well as above. Such pretty and thoughtful detail...
 
Despite being extremely similar, they are not an exact match having slight differences to their floral designs and the gilt painting on the bottom finials.  Both sconces have considerable wear including chipped paint and worn, faded gilt decoration which adds the air of faded grandeur we love so much.
 
They are not without issue. One has a break in both arms and the other has a break in one arm. We can not say for sure how far through the arm the breaks are or if it is only the gesso layers that are cracked. Currently they can be hung without fear of the arms coming off but if they are to be used or any pressure put on the arms, they will need to be properly repaired.
 
They are 14 inches (36 cm) high and approximately 21 cms across at their widest point.
 
They are both wired but the wiring would need to be professionally assesed before use as will the faux candle fittings which are original.
