Sanderson 1957 Potted Lilac Azalea Fabric

Strikingly pretty unused mid-heavy weight cotton fabric by Sanderson. The eye-catching design is of lilac coloured Azalea's in pots with gently fallen flowers and leaves on a white background.
 
This beautiful fabric is such a wonderful find. It has been carefully stored for some time as It was printed by Sanderson in 1957.  It was available in 6 different colourways. And for those interested in details, the original price was 19/11d per yard!
 
It is a large width making it particularly suitable for interiors projects such as upholstery or curtain making. It measures 51 inches wide including selvedges and 48 inches without .
 
We have 7.8 meters available (that is 25.5 feet!) The price is PER METER however a discounted price will be offered if you would like the entire length.
