French Nasturtium Kitchen Tins

Set of 3 French kitchen tins dating to the 1930's ; each decorated with a charming design of colourful red/orange/yellow nasturtium flowers and foliage on a cream background with a soft check design in green. The tins are trimmed in wider bands of green. The beautiful Nasturtium design is in all sides and on the hinged lids.
 
They orignally stored Cafe, Farine and Chicoree. Each measures 5 3/4 inches high (14.5 cm) by 5 inches wide. They do have sun fading and age related wear, particularly on the lids which are quite faded. One of the lids has a split in one corner. They each have some rust inside so would not be suitable for food storage though they could be used to store non food items.
 
They are colourful, very pretty and are sure to brighten any vintage kitchen!
